We at GRED Foundation are committed to providing our students with high-quality online courses. However, we understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to request a refund.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day or less than 20 minutes of course view money-back guarantee on all of our online courses. This means that if you are not satisfied with your course within 14 days of purchase, or if you have viewed less than 20 minutes of course material, you can request a full refund.

To request a refund:

Please contact us at admin@gredfoundation.org within 14 days of your purchase. In your email, please let us know the name of the course you purchased and the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the course.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds for courses that have been accessed after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, or if you have viewed more than 20 minutes of course material.
• Exclusions may apply: Some courses with lifetime access or downloadable materials may not be eligible for refunds. Please refer to the specific course description for details.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent or abusive.
